Orders and payment
When you submit an order on our website you are sending an order request. No card is charged on the site. We contact you within one business day to confirm availability, the total and payment. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order.
Promo code SMART10 gives 10% off eligible items on your first order. It does not apply to gift cards and can't be combined with other offers.
Prices and availability
All prices are in US dollars. We work hard to keep prices and stock accurate, but errors can happen. If a price is wrong, we will contact you before processing the order, and you can cancel.
Shipping
We ship from Soldotna, Alaska to all 50 states. Standard shipping is $7.95 or free on orders over $59 after discounts. Express shipping is $18.95. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by weather and carrier delays, especially in rural Alaska.
Digital products
Gift cards and software codes are delivered by email within one business day after confirmation. They are subject to the issuer's own terms and are non-refundable once delivered.
Product use and safety
Always follow the manufacturer's instructions and safety warnings. Talk to your doctor before using supplements. Heaters, alarms and fire safety products should be installed and used as directed.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska. Any dispute will be handled in the state courts located in the Kenai Peninsula Borough, Alaska.
